I am a former csr agent but i am learning more than what i learn from a training room here. Hope this would reach more aspiring agents so they can know the right processes inside a BPO industry especially being a tech or customer representative.

The website and video player did not have issues, the material was easy to understand for someone with no Call Center experience, the quizzes were helpful for reviewing information.

Ang laking tulong kasi libre yung course tapos maganda sya. Mas marami na ako alam para sa interview ko. Nung nakaraan, hindi ako pumasa kasi hindi ko alam ang sagot pero dito tinuro kung ano ang mga ineexpect ng intrviewers na magandang sagot sa intervirws. Thank you very much!
